Solo designer and builder. I owned the end-to-end process from identifying the problem to shipping a functional MVP.

Context

I live on a family-owned ranch running horse and cattle breeding operations. Our records live in scattered places: offline spreadsheets, a legacy program on one old computer, and tribal knowledge held by a few key people.

The Problem

None of it is shared. None of it is readily available. Breeding decisions, health history, and operational protocols can't be acted on by the people who need them, when they need them. The data exists, but the system of record doesn't.
